Een veelgestelde vraag, kom ik in aanmerking voor subsidie op mijn nieuwe kozijnen. Een vraag waar wij vrijwel altijd JA op kunnen antwoorden. Hoe hoog de subsidie is en via welke regeling dit loopt hangt af van de oppervlakte van de kozijnen en de locatie van het object waar de nieuwe kozijnen in komen.

Op deze subsidie kan je recht hebben wanneer jouw woning onder het versterkingsprogramma van Nationaal Coördinator Groningen (NCG).
Je komt in aanmerking voor een subsidie van 17.000 euro voor het verbeteren én verduurzamen van jouw woning of gebouw. Met deze subsidie kun je jouw woning of gebouw duurzamer maken en verbeteren.

De subsidie waar vrijwel iedere huiseigenaar in Nederland voor in aanmerking komt, Investeringssubsidie duurzame energie (IDSE). De subsidie wordt berekend per vierkante meter en bij meerdere maatregelen kan deze verdubbeld worden.

Onlangs verlengt is de Subsidie Waardevermeerdering van SNN. Deze subsidie vergoedt tot € 4.000,00 voor alle woningeigenaren die vervangende kozijnen en glas laten plaatsen. Er zijn meerdere vereisten voor de subsidie. Zoals dat deze nog niet eerder gebruikt is en er een schaderapport is opgemaakt waaruit blijkt dat er minimaal voor € 1.000,00 aan aardbeving schade aan de woning is ontstaan.
